Utility Installation Constructions Begins with Agua Mansa Commerce Predev at Jurupa Valley (Crestmore Spur) Riverside County, California

On July 9th UPRR Los Angeles Service Unit Track Engineering made their open cut on the Crestmore Industrial Lead Subdivision Track to make clearance for an open cut installation of a 84” Storm Drain Pipe at Noon completing the open cut and removed by 2pm. 

Once UPRR cleared the track Boudreu Pipeline Corporation went to work on the installation. UPRR granted 96 hours of track closure for the installation with the presence of a UPRR flagger. With the presence of a UPRR flagger and a Rail Pro observer to aid in the smoothness of the installation the process was seamless. Boudreu had the job completed within 56 hours. All work was completed without incident with UPRR right of way cleared for track installation. UPRR LA Service Unit Track Department support was very instrumental in the projects success. 

On Track Solutions has been involved in the early inception of the this project in aiding CT investors with the UPRR land sale and has moved to execution of Utility Agreements Licenses, construction coordination involving the railroad and safety on the track. These utilities are supported by KPRS Construction and their subcontractors. This utility installation is the first with 4 others to follow.
